Imaginary Journey (Text on CD)
Close your eyes.
Sit as comfortable as you can —
Relax. — Breathe deeply and evenly. —
In your mind’s eye see yourself walking in the forest.
You notice a path between the trees. — You start walking along it.
The weather is pleasant, just as you like it. —
While walking you pay attention to the colours and listen to the
sounds of the forest. —
Notice the nice atmosphere of the forest, — the freshness of the air.
You arrive at a small open field with many flowers. —
The path leads you to the middle of the field. —
There you see a stone, suitable for sitting. You touch it and find it
smooth and warm. —
You sit down on the stone.
Feel the pleasant warmth of the sun.
Be aware of the rustle of the wind and the sounds and
the smells of the field.
Just sit there.
You notice that there is a box besides the stone. —
You see your name on the box.
You know, that it is a wonderful gift for you.
You open the box and look in. You realise that the gift is from your
subconscious self to you. — You examine and feel the gift.
Now it is time to return.
You take the gift with you and walk trough the field and the forest,
to the starting point of this journey. —
Now you are here in THIS place and in THIS moment.
You may open your eyes. —
If you wish, you can sit a moment being aware how you feel.
